CASTING GRADES
JRG produces stainless steel and carbon steel castings through a no-bake/sand process
up to 500 kg single piece weight. JRG pours an array of materials to meet the required application including
austenitic, martensitic, duplex, hastelloy, nickel-based, Monel, cobalt and low alloy carbon steel. The
capability to pour a wide variety of metals comes due to the Oxford – German make Spectrometer that can analyse
24 elements including nitrogen.
